Que Pasa Papi are carefully selected Spanish delicacies for you who love delicious Spanish Tapas – ready to use and brought to your door. Our tapas box is delivered directly to you and simply needs to be served according to our instructions or as you prefer.


These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, via our website, make a purchase. quepasapapi.com. Que Pasa Papi is offered by Que Pasa Papi ApS. When you register as a customer, you must also accept the terms and conditions. You are therefore encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully before registering as a customer.


You choose which box you want. Once you have selected this and completed the checkout process you will receive a receipt for your order via the email you have provided. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail. You are obliged to inform us immediately if you change the address to which the box is to be delivered, change email or telephone number. You can change your order until up to 4 full days (96 hours) before scheduled delivery. Simply log in with the email address you used to register. If the fixed delivery day falls on a public holiday, a public holiday such as 1 May, Constitution Day and 24 December or certain weekdays in connection with a public holiday and / or public holiday, you will be informed by email when your box will alternatively be delivered. We deliver all over Denmark (except non-bridged islands) through the freight companies we work with. If you are not at home where delivery has been agreed, you accept that the driver places the goods at your front door or somewhere by appointment. Que Pasa Papi cannot be held responsible for any. deterioration of meal quality. You also accept that the driver may take a picture of the box’s location as documentation for this.


All prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT and taxes. The stated prices are excl. delivery costs. Delivery costs are based on your shipping address within Denmark. We accept the following payment cards: Mobile pay Visa (Visa-Dankort) MasterCard When you create your order, you automatically allow Que Pasa Papi to deduct the payment for the order. Payment will only be deducted when sending your order, and you will receive a receipt via email. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be deducted. It is your responsibility that there is money in the account that is linked to the payment card you used when registering, so that we can deduct the payment. If not, the current order will be stopped. The data that you send in connection with purchases paid for with payment cards is encrypted (SSL). Therefore, only the relevant provider of the payment module (QuickPay) and Nets can read them. Que Pasa Papi or others are therefore unable to read this data. You are required to keep your card information up to date. Your card details are not stored at Que pasa papi. If payment is not made for your order, you will not receive your box of tapas.


The shipment will be attempted to be placed according to instructions in the field “delivery instructions”. You will find it when you check out. You can e.g. write “In the garage, at the front door, in the shed or at the neighbor’s (please state name) The instructions are tried to be complied with, but cannot be guaranteed by our external freight company. The shipment is delivered as a flex delivery, which means that the carrier can place the shipment at your front door if you are not at home. If this is not possible, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone to find the best solution. We currently deliver throughout Denmark, however, we can not deliver to non-bridged islands. Your order will be dispatched every Wednesday and will be delivered within 48 hours from dispatch. You will be informed on delivery by email or text message. All deliveries are handled by our trusted partner SFT Logistic and Xpressen.


There is no right of withdrawal for food. Our goods are fresh food and groceries, and we do not return these, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection. 2, No. 4. Should a problem arise with a delivered item because it has broken down along the way, or there is another problem, you must contact us as soon as possible at hola@quepasapapi.com (no later than the day after delivery at 12.00). You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive goods. You can get your money back if: You have not received the box you ordered You have been the victim of an abuse of your card information A higher amount has been deducted than what you have approved.


When you shop with us, you as a consumer have a right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Note, however, that foods usually have a shorter shelf life than other products and that the usual shelf life of the food in question will be taken into account in a complaint about a defect in the food. Complaints must be made as soon as possible – both in relation to the delivery of the box, including if it has not been delivered at all, and to the content itself. That way, we can respond immediately and provide you with a better service. A complaint will always be answered via email.


All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care. 
The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service and the best experience on our platforms. We use the information to handle your account and orders, targeted campaigns, anaysis for improvements to our site and security for your account.

Que Pasa Papi uses encrypted communication via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) through which your personal data is protected when purchasing on our websites. For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database. Credit card information is handled exclusively by the financial institution that also uses SSL to secure your personal data. When handling personal data via our employees, we work under a security policy and process which ensures that your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact hola@quepasapapi.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
